Mastering Call Centre Management


Combining disciplines to create a unique event


As part of C3Africa’s drive to meet the need for coaching and mentoring services, we have developed a two week mentoring / training / coaching course for top and middle management executives from across Africa to introduce them to the latest contact centre technologies and best practice, including site visits and input from a wide range of industry experts. The C3Africa team will handle most assignments and will lead the delegates on tours to Soweto and the SAB World of Beer, plus an awards dinner is included. This event will elevate delegates from competent executives into thought leaders in the contact centre environment.
